At EndzoneGear, we want you to love your fandom gear as much as we love making it. If your T-shirt or hoodie isn’t quite right, we’ve got a simple returns and exchanges process to get you sorted. Here’s how it works:
Our Policy
30-Day Window: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
What We Accept: Returns or exchanges are available for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size or design). Because our gear is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind orders—sorry, fellow fans!
How to Return or Exchange
- Reach Out: Email us at with your order number, a quick explanation (e.g., “got a small instead of a large”), and whether you want a refund or exchange.
- Get Approval: We’ll reply within 2-3 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship It Back: Pack your item securely and send it to the address we provide. (Heads up: return shipping costs are on you unless the mistake’s ours—like a printing error.)
- We Handle the Rest: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees). Expect the funds to hit your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank.
If we messed up (wrong item, defect, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right—no questions asked.
Exchanges
Want a different size or design? We’ll swap it out as long as stock’s available. If the new item costs more, we’ll send you a payment link for the difference. If it’s less, we’ll refund the extra.
Exceptions
Custom Orders: Super unique custom designs (beyond our standard catalog) aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges unless they’re damaged or incorrect.
Worn or Used Items: Once it’s been rocked at a game or tailgate, it’s yours to keep!
Shipping Details
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method—better safe than sorry!
Original shipping costs aren’t refundable, even for returns.
